Project Type: New custom designed matching carriage house.
Description: An original 1900 residence was completely updated and designed to fit a young family's comfortable and active life style. The exterior and interior were stripped & installed all new systems, windows, trim, shutters, shingles, etc.
 Two years later we were retained to design a matching custom carriage house that housed 3 car garage, potting shed, storage & a 1 bedroom apartment above.
